Side Dish Recipe: Corn Casseole

Ingredients:
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 (8-ounce) box corn muffin mix
1 (15-ounce) can kernel corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon honey

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and pour into baking dish.
