D.I.Y. Painted Picture Frames

My July D.I.Y. project was to put a new paint job on some picture frames.
I chose interior paint by Benjamin Moore because it is so easy to use with the primer already in the paint.
Color of choice is white. I have a mixture of metal and decorative frames so the white blends in well to my decor.
1. Take frames apart and set the glass aside. (I cleaned the glass with rubbing alcohol.)
2. Take a damp not wet but damp cloth and wipe the frames free from dust.
3. When frame is dry to the touch you can begin painting.
4. I held the frame back side in one hand and painted with my other hand.
** After two experiments using first a small paint brush then a small sponge brush, use the sponge trust me on this one. 🙂
5. Let the frames completely dry before reassembling them.
