Picking Healthier Fish Options

Howdy from my home right outside Austin, TX.
Do you know if your family eats enough fish?
I know personally I don’t eat my monthly recommended quota.
Growing up eating lots of fried catfish that option is not possible as I need to eat healthier.

Here are several fish that are the  lowest in mercury, depending on where they originate.

Catfish Farmed
Pacific Cod

Pacific Halibut
Pollock

Salmon Wild Alaskan
Farmed Stripped Bass
Tilapia
